Invitations and Event Stationery:

What is your minimum order quantity?
As we are a premium stationery design studio, it is not feasible for us to print less than 100 invites, for our PG Signature range.
For our Basics range, the minimum quantity is 50 invites.
What are your TIMELINES like?
Once you place your order, it can take us anywhere between 4-15 working days to create your proofs and get your approval. Once we receive your approval, printing can take 12-14 business days(Monday-Friday), depending on the design. Please set aside a total time period of 15-30 business days for your invites for the completion of the entire process from start until finish(about 30-50 calendar days). Once printed and ready, your invites will be shipped to you at the address provided at the time of order placement, carefully packaged and assembled.

I don't have that kind of time! I will need them sooner- do you take RUSH ORDERS? 
We can do rush orders for certain designs- please contact us at info@prettygilded.com with the design you're interested in, and we'll let you know if a rush order is possible. Rush orders also entail an additional charge of 30% of total order value. For rush orders, the first proof is sent in 2 working days, followed by a turnaround time of 1 working day between revisions. Post proof approval, printing will take 8-10 working days (11-12 calendar days). 
How much time do CUSTOM orders take?
Custom designed work can take between 25-60 working days(Monday-Friday) to design, followed by a production time of 20-30 working days(Monday-Friday). Please set aside a total time period of 45-90 working days for custom designs, for the completion of the entire process from start until finish.
I would like a custom design, but I don't have that kind of time! Can it be expedited?
We do, on certain occasions, do rush orders with custom designs. Those take between 15-25 working days to design, followed by a production time of 10-15 working days. However, these entail an additional charge of 40% from the original price.
I would like to make sure of the quality before I place my order. How can I see your work?
As a premium invitation studio, we use only the best in printing and paper. However, to see for yourself, you can order a sample set here.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world!

What are your shipping costs like?
Shipping costs depend on two factors- shipping destination and the weight. Once you add the products to your cart, the final shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout.

How much time will shipping take?
For domestic orders, shipping can take anywhere between 4-5 working days. For international orders, shipping can take between 5-10 working days. If you need your invites to reach you sooner, please contact us for expedited shipping options.
What payment options do you accept?
For domestic orders (India), we accept all major credit/debit cards. For international orders, we have an option for payment via bank transfer(we recommend TransferWise for payment). International customers please place your order on the website, selecting the option of "Bank Deposit". We will then email you all the details for the payment.
How do I get the text to you?
After placing your order, please fill out the wording form with your text. Our team will then get back to you within 3-4 working days with a digital proof. We provide two complimentary rounds of revisions to perfect your proof.  Additional rounds are charged at Rs 500/round.
I made some mistakes in the text I submitted and realized once I saw the proof- can I make changes?
While two rounds of revisions after the initial proof are complimentary, additional rounds of proofs will be charged at Rs 500/round. So to avoid going back-and-forth and also to save time, please ensure that the text you give us is carefully proofread by you and any parties involved, before you submit it to us. The text also needs to be typed/laid out exactly how you want it to appear in the invite.
Do you print invites in languages other than English?
Yes, we do print multilingual invites. However, you will need to get the text typed out exactly how you want it to appear in the invite and send it to us in PDF format. 
 
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel the order within 24 hours, the total order value will be refunded back to you.
If you decide to cancel the order after the proofs are sent to you, a cancellation charge of 50% of total order value will be levied. The remaining 50% will be refunded back to you.
For orders cancelled once the proof is approved, no refund will be possible as the order is immediately sent for production by us.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of invitations and personalized orders, they cannot be returned.

Evites:

How do I submit the text? 

After placing your order, please copy and paste the following link into your browser and fill out the wording form with your text (http://www.prettygilded.com/wordingform). The text also needs to be typed/laid out exactly how you want it to appear in the e-vite. Our team will then get back to you within 48-72 hours with a digital proof. We provide one complimentary round of revisions to perfect your proof.  Additional rounds are charged at Rs 500/round.

What format will the final version be in?

We will provide high resolution JPEGs of the evite, that you can use for email, whatsapp and other forms of distribution.

Can you remove your watermark from the evite?

As a policy, we add our logo to all evites. However, we try to ensure that this is placed in an optimum position, to make sure that it does not compromise on the design.

What is your return policy?
Customized stationery cannot be returned. However, for stationery items purchased without customization, you may return your item within 10 business days. The item will be checked by us to ensure that there are no quality issues and a full refund will then be issued.
